Returns and warranty

Straightforward returns on unopened stock, and a replacement-first policy on faulty hardware.

Return window

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Message us on +86 13711127975 first so we can note the order.

Faulty items

Send a photo and description on WhatsApp or WeChat and we ship a replacement. If a replacement is not possible we refund in full, including the original delivery cost.

Consumables

Opened liquids, used coils and disposables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, which is standard practice across the industry.

Warranty

Manufacturing faults are covered for 12 months on batteries and mainboards, and 6 months on tanks and atomisers.
